Legal provisions governing the use of the Awaaz AI platform, prototype services, and digital interfaces.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Awaaz AI website, conversational interface, or simulated demonstration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Platform & Institutional Non-Replacement
Awaaz AI is an independent product developed by Sultify Tech Innovations (STI). It is designed to connect with authorized government service platforms rather than replace them. Awaaz AI is not a government department, statutory court, law enforcement body, or certificate-issuing authority.
3. No Autonomous Public Decisions
Awaaz AI does not make discretionary administrative decisions, grant legal licenses, approve domicile certificates, or waive statutory eligibility conditions. All formal approvals, document verifications, biometric checks, and certificate issuances remain the exclusive prerogative of authorized government officers.
4. Demonstration & Simulation Integrity
Interactive simulations on the website are designed solely for public education, technical demonstration, and evaluation under the KP AI Innovation Challenge 2026. Data entered into the public demonstration is mock data and is never transmitted to real government production registers.
5. Citizen Responsibilities
Citizens utilizing Awaaz AI are responsible for the factual truthfulness of the statements and information provided. Submitting fraudulent CNIC numbers, forged certificates, or deceptive statements is a punishable offence under applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
6. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, proprietary prompts, audio synthesis workflows, graphical elements, logos, and software code associated with Awaaz AI are the intellectual property of Sultify Tech Innovations (STI), protected under Pakistani and international copyright laws.
