AI does not make legal determinations, grant approvals, or issue certificates. It solely assists citizens in compiling, reviewing, and tracking applications destined for authorized officers.
Biometric Preservation
Statutory biometric verifications (such as NADRA e-Sahulat verification for arms licenses or domicile checks) are never bypassed; Awaaz AI generates appointment tokens to facilitate in-person verification.
Data Minimization
Sensitive identifiers like CNIC numbers are handled with strict encryption, used solely for session form assembly, and never monetized or exposed to third parties.

Awaaz AI is proudly conceived and submitted by Sultify Tech Innovations (STI), based at the Dera Jat IT Park in Dera Ismail Khan, under the Civics Thematic Stream. Our objective is to prove that advanced artificial intelligence can directly uplift public governance in Pakistan.
